Eligibility
Foreign students whose parents are all foreigners (both parents and students are foreign nationals)
Those who are registered as defectors in North Korea pursuant to the Act on the Protection and Settlement Assistance of North Korean Refugees Domestic / foreign high school graduates
Korean Language Proficiency Test Level 3 or higher [TOPIK]

1 copy of Self introduction letter
A copy of the final school graduation certificate and one copy of each elementary, middle, and high school transcript (original)
Apostille confirmation and consular confirmation required
Accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education Issued by the Academic Achievement and Degree Certification Center Accreditation Report including Academic Achievement and Degree (Academic Achiever in China)
Certificate of alien registration (copy of passport or government issued ID card)
One copy of alien registration card (front and back)
One copy of certificate issued by foreign government agency that corresponds to your copy of your family register
Documents issued by the government to prove the divorce or death of the parents: only applicable persons
Chinese notarized certificate of divorce or death certificate of Chinese notary
One copy of your immigration certificate
Proof of Korean speaking ability
TOPIK Level 3 or above: Submit report card
Those who do not have a TOPIK will be qualified for admission after Korean ability test
One copy of parental employment certificate and income certificate
Proof of bank balance. (￦ 16,000,000 or more, more than 6 months)
One copy of passport
Note
Applicants are required to submit the application documents (all documents will be issued within 3 months of the deadline)
All documents submitted shall be original copies in principle and copy is not accepted
Documents in foreign languages must be accompanied by a notarized Korean translation
If you do not submit all the documents within the specified period, the application will be processed as an undelivered document and will not be accepted
